High Holyday Food Drive

Who we do it for and why:
Every year Temple Israel members contribute approximately 2 tons of
non-perishable food to the Community Action Project of Tulsa County which provides assistance for the working poor.

We need:

• Volunteers to solicit a grocery store for a donation of paper bags.
  
  
• Volunteers prepare donation bags for distribution.
  
  
• Volunteers to distribute bags to Temple members after Rosh Hashanah services.
  
  
• Volunteers to collect filled bags from Temple members on Yom Kippur and deliver them to The Community Action Project at 2020 South Maplewood Ave.
